We really appreciated the English-speaking staff. The convenient garage was a great plus. The food at breakfast was better than other hotels we've stayed at in Spain. It was helpful to have a small fridge in the room. Additionally, the hotel's location was great as regular buses to the town center were easily accessible.

reception staff not able to speak any word in English; hotel lies in a commercial zone (known to us when booking the hotel) but we did not expect that much traffic and noise at night; no tourist information about Granada at the reception in contrast to all other hotels we booked in Spain

Staff friendly enough, strange location, I.E.industrial park.Saying that easy enough to find and not far from city centre.

Location

The hotel is conveniently located close to the centre of Granada, with buses running regularly. the hotel offers a convenient garage for parking. the breakfast provided was good with better quality food than other hotels in Spain. the rooms come with a small fridge and always at least one of the available staff speaks English, which is helpful.

The cleanness of the hotel, the price and the acceptable distance to Granada are best. In the small village Albolote you can go shopping and there are good restaurants.

For breakfast there was little choice. We didnot see service staff for the breakfast.

Very new hotel, comfortable and clean.

Restaurant only opened for breakfast at the time of our stay and this had not been mentioned on booking.

The hotel offers great value for money. the rooms are clean and spacious with free Wi-Fi included. the hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the local attractions.

The hotel is situated in an industrial area, which may not be to everyone's taste. the breakfast was average, with low-quality juices and coffee.

Comfortability and quietly

The Receptionist was very nice. We had a car so we didn't mind being a little out of the way and the rate was good.

We have stayed twice before in bright front rooms..this time however we were given a back room which was small and dark.also several repairs were needed.
